Main message to voters:

As a Fine Gael TD for Donegal, my focus is ensuring that Rural Ireland benefits equally from the recovery – through jobs, investment, broadband and infrastructure. That we ensure this recovery is given a chance to develop further, so that those who have sacrificed can feel some economic relief

Elected Fine Gael Member of Donegal County Council in 2009, Seanad Éireann in 2002 - 2007. Elected to Dáil Éireann in 2007 and again in 2011. In 2014, I was appointed as Minister of State at the Department of AHG and DCENR with Special Responsibility for Gaeltacht Affairs and Natural Resources.
