Seamus McMenamin
Party 7

Incumbent : No

Main message to voters:

The Government has no overall vision for our country. They govern by focus group. They let events overtake them before reacting. We need politicians who will put forward practical solutions to our problems which will last beyond the next election . I will offer people an alternative voice.

Election history:

This is my first time standing in an election. My concern for Health services in Meath and Westmeath and Navan Hospital in particular is why I decided to stand. The stories I'm hearing from people on the doorsteps is why I will stay in politics.

  1. Retaining and improving local health services. Of particular concern is the plans to close the psychiatric unit in Navan and to downgrade the hospital
  2. A Water Referendum so that our water supply can never be privatised
  3. Practical local solutions to the Housing crisis
