I believe we need to organise ourselves to take on those who are profitting from the housing crisis and the low wage economy. I led the campaign for O'Devaney Gardens to be kept public, and was the only local councillor to stick to this position I want to bring that integrity to the Dáil.
I was successfully elected to Dublin City Council in 2014 and subsequently joined the Workers' Party because I believed that to make Ireland fairer we needed a strong, socialist party for workers in Ireland. I contested the 2016 General and 2019 Euro Election. In 2019 I lost by seat by 40 votes.
